MCT Beary Special Blog Hop

Hello to all of My Creative Time Peeps!! Emma has a super fun blog hop going on today! We have 5 special guest designers and some fabulous prizes!! If you came from Micia's blog you are in the right place. We are showcasing this fabulous stamp set called "Beary Special Thoughts" This set is perfect for any "beary" project! For my card, I used the Doodle Charm Cricut Cart. I love how soft it turned out. I cut the bear at 5.5 inches (yes, its a big card) and used chalk to color her in. How sweet does she look!  I added some stitching and dollies to soften the colors. I finished her off with some eyelet lace.

"Scrapping the Little Things"

Welcome to another My Creative Time "Scrapping the Little Things" Monday!!!!! I cant believe how fast the weekend went and it still feels like I did not get anything done! I have been busy with the family but got to spend some time in my scrappy room and play with MCT stamps and dies! It always puts in a good mood when I get some scrappy time in! Today we are working on our Smash book pages and Project Life pages. I had started a PL back in January but for some reason I keep going back to my Smash Books..

I used several of MCT stamps and dies for my pages..Remember, there are no rules and no mistakes. I found a really cool app called Pocketbooth in the Apple store. I printed these directly off my iPhone..How cool is that! Anyways, I wanted save these photos because sometimes we get busy and forget to enjoy the little things..I used a lot of my scraps on my pages which is totally fine for smashing!! This is my book and these memories are for MY family. I love the end result. I also made a video if you want to take a look.

MCT September Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the My Creative Time September Release Blog Hop. If you came from Micia's Blog, you are in the right place. This release is  small but it going out with a big bang! Every MCT release is huge for us!! Emma has done it again and came out with a wonderful release. So many possibilities!! I hope Emma knows how much she inspires the crafty communality. I can honestly say without this hobby, I could not have gotten through some hardships. I love being on this design team and am honored to represent these wonderful stamps.

 Today for my project, I made these cute little goodie bags using the 3 By 3 Fancy Envelope Die. They are filled with raisins, hence the reindeer poop! Hee Hee..How cute would these be for holiday gifts! I used some patten paper and "busted" out my sewing machine..Im on a roll! lol..Ok I have to admit..these are pretty cute!

September MCT Sneak Peek Day #2

Welcome to day #2 of the My Creative Time August Release Week! Have you seen all the beautiful projects today!!! WOW!!! These MCT gals rock!!!! I do have to give a lot of the credit to Emma because her stamps and dies are truly awesome!! Today we are featuring a new tag die called "Just Tags". Well we all know these dies can be used for all sorts of projects! Today, I used the die as a headstone for my creepy cemetery. I just love this card and love how you can turn a tag die into something totally different! The tag usually has a hole on top but I managed to hide it with this cute little spider found in the Treats for My Sweet set. The cat is also found in this set.  I heat embossed the cat and the fence with black embossing powder.  My sentiment came from the Treats for My Sweet set as well. I think it went pretty well with the spooky scene. The card measures 4 by 5 1/2 inches. I finished it off with black lace and stitched around the edges. (My first stitched card! YAY me)

MCT Recycled Project

Happy Thursday!!! We are kicking off the pre-weekend with this awesome challenge! Veronica (MCT Designer) picked this weeks challenge. We had to use a recycled item. This was an easy challenge because I re-use a ton of stuff. Especially packaging! This is my sons favorite gummy snack. I used the box for  the front and back covers of my album. I used the accordion binding as shown on my previous albums. How cute is this! My son loves Thomas the Train! We recently went to an event called "A Day out with Thomas". It was a railroad museum with Thomas the Train theme! We even rode on Thomas!!! My son was in heaven! How perfect are the MCT clouds for this album!!! I love how it turned out!!! Oh and Ironically, my sons middle name is Thomas!! (named after his papa)

Each page is a pocket filled with tags with more photos.

I cut strips of chipboard to make the tracks..This is my sons favorite part of the book!

My Creative Time 3D Wednesday

Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope you are having a fabulous week so far! Today we are having another 3D Wednesday at My Creative Time. Our challenge was to use the colors Teal, Purple, white and Kraft. Well, this was very difficult for me but I think I accomplished it. I made this cute mini album using MCT Embossed Gift card Holder. How awesome is this!!! These make cute little day books or brag books for loved ones. I love how fast and easy these are. What do you think?
